Indonesia - Semi Washed

Fresh coffee cherries are carefully pulped and washed twice before resting to allow the remaining mucilage to develop naturally. The beans are then slowly sun-dried until they reach the ideal moisture level, after which the parchment is mechanically removed.

The beans are dried again to approximately 14% moisture, mechanically sorted, and finally hand-picked to ensure only the best-quality beans make it through.

A careful combination of traditional sun-drying, precise processing, and meticulous hand selection — bringing out the distinctive character of every cup.
