Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Qatar only for all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING (DOMESTIC ONLY)?
It cost 25.00 QAR for all orders, packages will arrive at your door via our logistics team.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?
We want you to have your items as soon as possible, so delivery within Qatar usually takes around a maximum of 48 hours after the order is placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 12 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unused items with tags to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply contact hello@earthroastery.com to start a return, our team will assist you.
